Print a prayer timetable

Make a monthly, Ramadan or whole year timetable to print, pin up or send on WhatsApp. It uses the times already in the portal, so it always matches your screens.

Make a timetable

    Open Prayer Times then Printed timetables

    The page shows which month to make next. Press Make next to it, or press any month in the strip.

    Pick a look on the Look tab

    Classic for most masjids. Easy read has big jamaat times for the notice board. Week by week puts each week's jamaat times on one line. Ramadan picks the Ramadan dates by itself. Whole year fits every week's jamaat times on one page.

    Choose what goes on the page on What's on it

    Sunrise, Hijri dates, your logo and address, Jumu'ah times, a notice, ways to give, a hadith and local sponsors. Use the arrows next to the month to move to another month.

    Pick a colour and text size on Colour and size

    Press Download

    Choose PDF in colour, PDF in black and white (cheaper to photocopy) or Picture for WhatsApp.

The page on the left is exactly what prints. Your changes save by themselves. Tick Use these choices for every month so next month's timetable starts looking the same.

Good to know

  • Each download is made fresh from your current times. If you change a jamaat time, download it again to get the new version.
  • You have one timetable per month, one for Ramadan and one for each year.
  • Jumu'ah times come from your prayer times. Bank details come from your masjid profile, and the QR code goes to your online giving page if you have one.
  • The Ramadan timetable covers the whole of Ramadan, even when it runs across two months. Add your Eid jamaat times and Zakat al-Fitr amount under What's on it.
  • If some days have no jamaat times, the editor tells you which ones. Add them on the Prayer Times page first.
  • To make several months at once, press Make several months on the Printed timetables page.

Which plan

On the Free plan you can make a timetable and see it, but you need a Masjid or Network licence to download it.
