Done-for-you setup
We come to you and set it all up
Half a day on site, wherever you want the screen. We supply the TV and Display Unit, a qualified electrician mounts and wires them, we connect the screen to your account, and we train your team. The cost depends on your building, the screen sizes and how far we travel, so we give you a written quote before you book. Fitting is paid on top of your licence.

Screen size & pricing
Fitting is priced for each masjid. Bigger screens for main halls, longer cable runs and travel all change the cost, so we confirm the screen sizes and the final price in a written quote.
Flexible option
Prefer to supply your own TV? We can still mount it and wire the Display Unit. Your quote covers labour and the Display Unit; we do not charge for a TV you provide.

Your licence is yours to keep. Care plans are optional yearly help from a real person, with a set number of help sessions and clear reply times. The Masjid licence includes your first year of Care, and the Network licence includes your first year of Priority Care.

What counts as a help session?
- One help session is one issue we work on with you, up to 30 minutes. If you contact us again about the same issue within a week, it still counts as one session.
- We can help with: Changing settings, updating content, pairing screens, prayer time CSVs, donations setup, and fixing things remotely.
- We cannot help with: Broken hardware (after warranty), your masjid's Wi‑Fi or internet, Stripe or SumUp account problems, and mistakes in content your team entered.
- If something is genuinely broken in our software, we fix it free under Platform Support — it does not use up your paid help sessions.
Need more than your plan includes? Extra help sessions cost £95 on Care and £85 on Priority Care. On-site visits: £99 labour + travel per included visit; additional visits £199 + travel.
Need more help sessions, cover for a second building, more screens, or urgent cover on Fridays and in Ramadan? Ask us and we'll give you a price. Get in touch
On-site visit scope: Re-pair displays, verify configuration, Wi‑Fi reconnection assistance — up to 90 minutes on site. Electrical work, new cabling, mounting new screens, or building works. Hardware replacement is not included (Display Unit carries a 12-month warranty).

One small fee on giving. Donors can cover it.
Every plan includes online giving. We add a small fee on top of Stripe's or SumUp's own card fees. When donors choose to cover it, 100% of their gift reaches your masjid. There's no fee on cash you record yourself.

Card fees are set by Stripe or SumUp, not us. Stripe's standard UK rate is usually 1.5% + 20p per card payment (see stripe.com/gb/pricing). SumUp's rates depend on your plan with them. Our fee pays for running MasjidConnect and making it better.

The Network licence is £999 once. It covers every building under one account, with unlimited screens and your first year of Priority Care. Book a call and we'll plan it with you.
