Keep your masjid's details up to date

• Masjid Name: your screens, the Community app, your donate page and receipts, and team invite emails.
• Logo: the portal menu, your donate page and printed prayer timetables. On screens, with a Masjid or Network licence.
• Description, Website and social media links: the About page for your masjid in the Community app.
• Address: the Community app and donation receipts. The map position (latitude and longitude) is used to work out prayer start times.
• Phone Number and Email Address: the contact buttons in the Community app.
• Charity Number: donation receipts and printed timetables.
• Bank details: printed prayer timetables, so people can give by bank transfer.
• Opening hours: the Community app.

If you change the address, press Get Coordinates from Address so prayer start times are worked out from the right place.

Under Prayer Time Customisation there are two settings that show on your screens and in the app:

• Imsak/Sehoor Offset: how many minutes before Fajr to show the end of sehri. Between 5 and 20 minutes. The default is 10.
• Hijri Date Adjustment: move the Islamic date back or forward by up to two days if it doesn't match your local moon sighting.

You can also change these two in Screens then Display Defaults. It's the same setting, so a change in one place changes the other.

Your own login is separate from the masjid's details. Open Settings then Profile.

• To change your name or phone number, edit them and press Save Changes.
• To change your email, type the new one, type your current password and press Save Changes. We send a link to the new address. Your old email keeps working until you press that link.
• To change your password, fill in the Change Password boxes and press Change Password.

Profile photos and the Account Preferences section are marked Coming Soon. They don't do anything yet.

• Time zone. It's set from your country when you sign up. If it's wrong, message us and we'll fix it.
• How start times are worked out. That lives in Prayer Times. See Add your prayer times.
• Words used for prayers, such as Zuhr or Dhuhr. See Change the words used for prayers.
